We supply both screened and ground limestone. The difference being the fineness of the material.

 

Typical Limestone neutralising values vary depending on the source of parent rock.

 

 Screened lime ranges between 40-48% NV, with Ground Limestone often ranging between 50-54% NV.

 

We stock Scottish screened limestone (currently 40% NV 2023) and English Ground Calcium lime (51% NV 2022) at our store near Forfar. However, we can arrange delivery and spreading of chalk, no problem- Just Ask!
